Portrait of a loving daughter

It is a commissioned portrait from last year that I completed for one of my clients, the father of this lovely young lady.
I made it using only makeup brushes without the direct use of a pencil on the paper.
To ensure the portrait captured more than just physical likeness, I took the time to learn about the daughter and their special bond.
The father shared touching stories that allowed me to truly understand her essence and imbue the artwork with warmth and love.
This collaborative experience felt almost transcendent, as if I had become a parent myself during the creation process.
This project has been a truly unforgettable and valuable part of my art journey.
