My process involved setting up on location and capturing the immediate and fleeting moment of what caught my attention in my sketchbook. I painted direct and quickly referring to my sketch often. This method allowed me to convey the freshness and spontaneity of the scene, reflecting the ever-changing nature of light and atmosphere.
