Rejuvenation

My immediate vision was a dry-cracked environment... in the distance, rain came... a small trickle made its way to the viable roots of a seemingly dead tree bringing new life to the desolate habitat. I entered this in Geauga Parks Art show - the theme was, "Inspired by Trees". My background is environmental studies and nature journaling, so the majority of my paintings are nature based. My hope is that my paintings' play a part in connecting others to the natural world they live in.
