Morning has Broken

During the 10 years that PAPA painted on Catalina Island, I was blessed to have brought with me larger wood panels > 28x22, which I capture the afternoon sun, on the road to the back side of the island. Also to note: the word "plein air" got its "renewed" popularity during those years the Plein Air Painters of America roamed that end of the island. And also, I set up the ad campaign, creating 22 full page ads for those 10 years... from whence it spread across the USA!
